Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund, depending on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the consumable nature of tea products, opened packages cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. Gift cards and personalized products are also non-returnable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
